The server has a working download server, this is only needed if it goes down.
To install, go to your Steam library, right click on Team Fortress 2 and
Browse local files. Place the files in /tf/download/maps and /tf/maps.
File path to tf2 folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2
